Iron, vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation. Iron also contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
Iron, folic acid, zinc and vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Iron and vitamins B2, B6, B12, C, pantothenic acid and niacin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use:
Use the measuring cup provided. Children from 4–10 years take 2,5 ml daily, preferably with a meal. Children from the age of 11 years, adolescents and adults take 5 ml daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
