Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, and vitamins A and C contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Vitamin C also contributes to normal collagen formation. Vitamins C and E, selenium and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients:
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); bovine gelatin; soybean oil, refined; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); humectant: glycerol; soybean oil, hydrogenated and part. hydrogenated; zinc oxide; emulsifier: soy lecithin; colour: iron oxides and hydroxides; vitamin A (retinyl palmitate); sodium selenate.
Directions for use:
Adults take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
