Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin and cannot be stored by the body. Unused amounts are excreted by the body which means a regular and sustained supply is needed.
Apovital® Langzeit Vitamin C plus 10 mg Zink capsules contain specially formulated pellets which release vitamin C over an extended period to increase bioavailability.
One capsule contains 300 mg vitamin C and 10 mg zinc. Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. In addition, vitamin C contributes to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise1, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Ingredients:
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); saccharose; bovine gelatin; zinc sulphate; corn starch; glazing agent: shellac; glucose syrup; vegetable fat (source: coconut); anti-caking agent: talc; colour: titanium dioxide, quinoline yellow, sunset yellow.
Directions for use:
Adults take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Food supplements must not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Cautions:
Sunset yellow and quinoline yellow: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
